rts: Print message before SIGUSR2 backtrace

This makes the output significantly easier to read.

Guess it's a bit late, but: JVMs tend to have this functionality using SIGQUIT, which has (next to being less used for custom application-specific purposes) one major benefit: it can be triggered using CTRL-\ in a terminal, no need to look up PIDs and use kill.

Wow, you are right; I somehow was absolutely convinced that they used SIGUSR2. I have no idea where that idea was seeded. Hmm, I suppose we should change GHC in that case.
